Includes ms. entitled "Short Account of A Mixed Breed of Cattle reared by Thomas Bates esq. Halton Castle, Northumberland" apparently owned by Adam Fergusson, (Dalton House, 1813), founder of Fergus in 1833; "Rennie's Agriculture in Canada" (Toronto, 1916); memorial and dedicatory leaflet for War Memorial Hall (1923) ; OAC'21 pin ; O.A.C.R.A. (OAC Rifle Association) spoon. Photocopies of pictures include aerial campus views (1930-1938), beef barn burning (1942), city of Guelph aerial views including Hammond house and market garden operation at College and Edinburgh (1937-1938), 2 river scenes, and a Sallows? print of man on a mower pulled by horses.

Kenneth A. Hammond served as a professor of geography at Central Washington University from 1962 to 1997. Dr. Hammond was born on January 18, 1934, at Kettle Falls, Washington. He attended public schools in the state during his youth and graduated from Marcus (Washington) High School in 1951.
